Windows.

Some of this work could help Netrek packaging, if there are any
developers who are Windows and Linux focused and willing to take it on.  

An ISO could provide a practice server, and a client, yet be usable
within Windows.  

We already have a bootable CD configuration used on
http://computercamp.org.au/, but there's naturally some resistance to a
complete operating system shift.
