Good idea but will be hard to do in practice since I don't know of any netrek client or server mechanism that allows a sound to be played to all clients. Also one could have the sound muted at the OS level or be playing music or watching a movie that could be using the sound channel so they wouldn't hear it anyways. I think maybe something like xbiff could be coded where the client will pop up a dialog box in the center of the screen saying "Clue game about to begin." This shouldn't be too hard to implement in the clients.
