This is a good thing. It does have nice potential for helping newbies. Perhaps if a newbie is flagged as such they can be added to a special voice channel in which they will receive personalized instruction. They may find the regular voice chat to be a bit too much. Also if someone is being abusive, screaming at a newbie for example, there should be a mechanism in place to mute them and if they do it repeatedly to lose voice privileges for good. Zach
