FWIW when I registered jacku.com I "parked" it with DomainDirect (one of the TUCOWS group). At the time I needed to register with NetSol but now they do it themselves. You can just register through them or go for the full services package which includes: domain parking, e-mail and url forwarding, and a bunch of other services.
