Has anyone set up PoPToP with a recent 2.2 kernel? I am having trouble getting ppp-2.3.8 to compile with the patch for microsoft encryption junk (ppp-2.3.8-mppe-others-norc4_TH7.diff.gz). (The only version I have found a patch for)... I have the SSLeay files copied to where I am supposed to put them, but when I go to compile ppp, I get: _______________________________________ extra_crypto.o: In function 'DesEncrypt': /usr/local/src/ppp-2.3.8/pppd/extra_crypto.c:141: undefined reference to `setkey' /usr/local/src/ppp-2.3.8/pppd/extra_crypto.c:144: undefined reference to `encrypt' collect2: Id returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [pppd] Error 1 ... make: *** [all] Error 2 _______________________________________ I can get it to compile if I comment the 2 lines out in the extra_crypto.c file, but I think that this is not the way to go if you wish to have working software :-) Other details: Slack 7.1 (2.2.16) Thanks, Kelly Black _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
