I've been using SuSE since I got a copy of 5.3 as part of a set from LSL (or was it Linux Central). I bought the boxed set of 6.2 last year and picked up 7.0 Professional a couple of weeks ago. I got the Pro because I wanted to play with KDE2, VMWare(I finally have a system that can handle it), and Enhydra. I can't get high speed access yet in my area (ATT says RSN...) Installed with out a hitch. I added a new drive to the system as part of an upgrade so did a new install instead of upgrading the old install. The only issue was with the ALSA drivers. Since SuSE includes a copy of OSS on the CD-ROM I installed that and every thing is fine. Of course this means a full copy of SuSE 6.2 is available to anyone who wants it. ;-) FWIW I've got the Caldera LTP on my laptop just for kicks. Jack On Fri, 06 October 2000, "Thomas T.
