I used to use a 250W power supply with a 10/100 Linksys NIC, TNT2 Ultra,
DVD, CDRW, SB PCI512 and two ATA66 20GB Western Digital Drives and never had
a problem.  Now I have a 300W power supply with my new case and the ABIT
KA-7 board and I don't have any power problems either.

BTW - there is no such thing as quality of power.  If you are getting 250W,
that is it - you have 250W.
