Add the line

append="mem=127M"

to /etc/lilo.conf, run lilo, and reboot.

(It's safer to force it to 1 MB less than is actually installed because some
BIOSes use the top MB for their own purposes.  You'd probably be OK setting
it to 128, but if you have any odd problems after doing so, back it down to
127.)
