Nevermind XML isn't a 'format' per se.  Its more like SGML, but
modernised. (well, yeah. thats stretching it)

Html sucks for math too.  Your best bet is to use latex/poscript, or
check out the tex->java thing thats up here:

Neat little thing that shows tex in an applet. :)
