I've noticed some strange behaviors in Slackware that I don't recall seeing in other distro's when it comes to C&P. I can do so within the various apps, Netscape to Netscape or StarOffice to StarOffice etc, but from one app to another I'm unable to. I tried looking quickly through some of the How-To's, but failed to see any setups specific to this. I did see one for Xterm but it doesn't work with what I'm trying to do. Slack 7.1, 2.2.16 kernel if it helps. Shawn
