Is there a reason that you are still using 4.0.3? 4.1 is out and it has a lot better support for cards. I would try getting that and seeing what happens. I would also try taking the card out and then reseating it. I have seen instances where the card will work in text mode but will not go into any kind of a GUI. Just an idea. Bret.
