FWIW I went to the site with Konqueror (straight out of Kmail) and it came up 
and when I pressed the Credit Card button I got a screen that requested my 
License plate number and the last four digits of my VIN. I didn'''`ot go any 
further since I'''m not due for new tabs for a couple of months.
