IIRC, apache > folks are deprecating multiple configuration files and recommending > everything go in httpd.conf. I think http.conf is first, and srm.conf second. I think the best thing to do at this point is put everything you need in srm.conf into httpd.conf, then comment srm.conf. Do the same for access.conf.
