What are the yellow tubes or pipes that communications companies install underground? Do these contain some sort of media or are they simply conduit? Does the color indicate the function (like copper or fibre or ???). I'm up here on a little cul-de-sac in Vadnais Heights that just barely has phone service, and I've noticed the yellow tube trucks parked down the road aways... Thanks, Kent
