I just emailed Soyo, and they said the chip used on the board is the ite8705. The reason the adm1021 driver works is that the chip has some similar functions. lm_sensors supports this chip in version 2.6.1. The module is the it87.o module. If you use this one, you may be able to get your fan stuff working. Let me know how it goes. I don't have time to mess with it until later tonight.
