Well ... hard to say what brand they are ... they are pretty basic cases.  I
have looked all over and there is not an indication of a brand name on the
case (made in China).  There is a part number on the bracket ... but a
search on the web for the number of course netted nothing.  The power supply
is an Enlight Corp supply ... but that of course means little or nothing.

The brackets themselves are about 4 7/8" long by 3/4" wide.  The first screw
hole is 1/4" back from the front.  The spring clip is roughly 3/4" to 7/8"
long.

I did find some rail kits on
http://store.yahoo.com/mypccase/encasdrivrai.html that are close ... but $4
apiece before shipping.

If I could find a $15 case without PS ... I would probably just go that
route.
