Hmmm.  I'm running DSL.  I've only been getting 0-8Kb.  I was doing both
the src and bin CDs at once, but dropped the src when my kids were
complaining about response time.

I did restart it a few times.  How do you overide the bitTorrent limits. 
I just click on the URL...
