I have a contract with a boys reform school. They are asking for a web based scheduling / calendar program that everyone can view, and is easy to add events and meetings to. Considering their knowledge level, it will need to be easy to use. They also need a web based program that they can use to track the progress of each boy from the time they arrive to the time they leave (6 month period of time). There would need to be an initial information page on each person and a way for multiple staff to add notes, progress reports, etc... Considering the amount of info that may be stored I would like it to use mysql. I have a couple ideas, but nothing that I would consider a perfect solution. Any ideas?
