I am running apache james for our small company's (<50 users) email. http://james.apache.org/ I use the 2.2 branch...the stable version (2.1.3) and I had some disagreements. All mail is stored in postgresql in my setup. Easy to set up with another rdbms (or even mysql! ;) ). I chose it because 0) integrates with rdbms easily 1) *very* extensible if you know java...well documented and clean API tls and ldap are experimental at this point :(. I think imap support is just an idea at this point? I have no idea whether it scales gracefully. -- Steve Linabery, sysadmin/developer World Cycling Productions This electronic message transmission contains information from the sender's organization that may be proprietary, confidential and/or privileged.
