Google Video is still in beta. I did see Google video choke at the very
beginning. Maybe it won't happen again. Google will also transcode the audio
content to allow the video to become searchable.

Internet Archive has a more reasonable model for non-profit video
distribution and is not in beta. Go ahead and contact them to have them tell
you how much Internet bandwidth they have available for your project. Your
video sounds exactly why archive.org <http://archive.org> is doing video.
