Just in case no one locally has a copy, I might suggest going to forums.suselinuxsupport.de and www.suseforums.net to 
request help there. They are two really good sources for Suse help, hopefully someone might have a link to an archive. 
Also you may want to check usenet, and request in several of the Linux binary groups. I see people posting old Linux versions
there all the time.
