Subject: (ASCEND) SNMP traps on MAX2000 not working?
On my MAX 4000 when I telnet to it to do administration I get the
following trap under Solstice Domain Manager:
sequence=955
receive-time=Thu Dec 11 17:44:14 1997
version=0
community=password
source-time=575:46:44.00
trap-type=enterprise
enterprise=Ascend Communications Inc
trap-no=12
trap-name=enterprise specific trap: 12
priority=low
KEY=2
consoleIndex=2
I have the exact name SNMP Traps configured into my MAX 2000 and I get
nothing. This a bug? Or something specific to the MAX2000?
Here is the SNMP Trap:
Name=NavisAccess
Alarm=Yes
Port=Yes
Security=Yes
Comm=password
Dest=137.192.240.5
