Access Control 1.0Ai8 has been given to support. This release contains the
following new features and corrections:  

New Features:

* Access Control support on Digital UNIX 4.0 systems 
* Add iPass global proxying to Access Control

Corrections:

2849    Radiusd stops running if NAS-IP-Address is used as a Check-Item
2861    Access Control (radiusd) sends invalid request to radstated
2890    Access Control not working with AFS Kerberos
