(ASCEND) How to setup new max using old max's settings via TFTP?

Is it possible for me to use TFTP to setup the new max so that I can config
it via the setting saved from the other max? I've tried to use the TRESTORE
command to restore the config save via TSAVE from another max, but it won't
work. How to go about this, so that the new max's setting will be the same
as the existing one?
