I seem to remember something about this subject several weeks ago. The hardware: 2 - Ascend Max 4048, sw 5.0Ap36 ISDN PRI We are using these in a POP that supports both modem and ISDN access on the same number. During a heavy load, oh say...38 modem calls and 4 ISDN channels in use, the box seems to slow to a crawl. People are unable to access the DNS, downloads get slower and slower, and eventually the user is disconnected.
