The end user sends X.25 over his BRI D channel, the switch sends it out an X.25 interface. It *may* go through an X.75 connection within the carrier network or to another network. Then it goes in an X.25 link to the Max. That link could be over any interface. It would likely be over T1/E1 or the V.35 interface.
