Max 4048 - 5.0Ap36 - tik.m40. - 2 PRI's. Uptime 5 days 5 hours. Today, 5 modems stopped answering (more or less). A call into the MAX 4048 would get the first 1/2 second tone, but the modem would not start the negotiation. It would just stay silent until the line dropped. (Thus the last 3 lines would never let a caller log on because the last 5 modems wouldn't work. Therefore, the next MAX in the hunt wouldn't get a call unless 4 people were trying to call in at one time) No particular relationship of the modems ( 3:3, 3:7, 3:10, 4:1, 5:7 ). No indication in the logs of what, when, or why... A cold boot fixed the problem. Any ideas???
