Everything works wonderfully with S71=1 (and has been for the past two months), but unfortunately only at 64k. Things start getting wacky when I try to run multilink, though. The P15 refuses my magic number, which is (to say the least) unusual (logfile 1, {1}). Eventually the link is declared up on this end {2}, and the PAP packets appear to be passing through (not dead certain on this, however -- flew off the end of my scrollback :-( ). An attempt with S71=8 gave logfile 2 at the Portmaster end. The REQ/NAK starting at {1} repeats ad infinitum until someone gives up and clears the connection. An attempt with S71=4 gave logfile 3. Same story, except that strange null REJECT isn't there... One thing I've noticed is the P15 only seems to try to place one call... Any ideas? Are there any cleverly undocumented controls I can exert on the P15's PPP spoofing? Did I make a bonehead mistake configuring something somewhere? -jhp My software: me = FreeBSD 2.2.2, user PPP 0.94 on xx.xx.xx.216 (/30 netmask) P15 = 1.0Ap1 them = Livingston PM3, ComOS 3.7.2 My RADIUS user record: me Password="sekrit", Expiration="Jan 5 2000" User-Service = Framed-User, Framed-Protocol = PPP, Framed-Address = xx.xx.xx.216, Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.252, Framed-Filter = unlim My P15's profile: E1 Q0 V1 W1 X4 Y0 &C0 &D2 &K1 &R0 &S0 &Y0 S00:000 S02:043 S12:050 S25:005 S30:000 S46:002 S55:000 S56:001 S57:002 S58:003 S59:000 S60:000 S61:000 S62:000 S64:000 S65:000 S66:000 S71:008 S82:128 S95:047 - BEGIN LOGFILE 1, from FreeBSD 12-31 10:47:50 [21323] Using interface: tun0 12-31 10:47:50 [21323] PPP Started. 12-31 10:47:56 [21323] Phone: 7080 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: state change Initial --> Closed 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: SendConfigReq 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACFCOMP 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] PROTOCOMP 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACCMAP [6] 00000000 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] MRU [4] 1500 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] MAGICNUM [6] 2e697147 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] QUALPROTO (3000) 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] AUTHPROTO [4] 49187 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: state change Closed --> Req-Sent 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: Received Configure Request (1) state = Req-Sent (6) 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACCMAP 000a0000 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] AUTHPROTO proto = c023 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: SendConfigAck(Req-Sent) 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACCMAP 000a0000 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] AUTHPROTO proto = c023 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: state change Req-Sent --> Ack-Sent 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: Received Configure Reject (1) state = Ack-Sent (8) {1} 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: RecvConfigRej. 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACFCOMP 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] PROTOCOMP 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] MAGICNUM 2e697147 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] MAGICNUM magic has REJected 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] QUALPROTO proto: c025, interval: 30000ms 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: SendConfigReq 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] ACCMAP [6] 00000000 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] MRU [4] 1500 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] AUTHPROTO [4] 49187 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: Received Configure Ack (2) state = Ack-Sent (8) 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: state change Ack-Sent --> Opend 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] LCP: LayerUp 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] Phase: Authenticate 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] his = c023, mine = c023 {2} 12-31 10:47:57 [21323] PAP: me (sekrit) 12-31 10:48:00 [21323] PAP: me (sekrit) 12-31 10:48:03 [21323] PAP: me (sekrit) 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: LayerDown 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] Phase: Terminate 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: SendTerminateReq. 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: state change Opend --> Closing 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: Received Terminate Request (3) state = Closing (4) 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: SendTerminateAck. 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: Received Terminate Ack (4) state = Closing (4) 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: state change Closing --> Closed 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] LCP: LayerFinish 12-31 10:48:07 [21323] Phase: Dead - END LOGFILE 1 - BEGIN LOGFILE 2, from Portmaster Received LCP_CONFIGURE_REQUEST on port S1 of 25 bytes containing: 01 01 00 1D 00 04 00 00 01 04 05 F4 11 04 05 F4 13 0D 01 42 75 66 66 65 72 00 6F 00 7F Packet Info: Code: 01, ID: 01, 29 bytes.
