Hi all,
there's a tftp client/server pair for Win95 and NT (3.51/4.0) at
http://www.walusoft.co.uk/
called TFTP Suite Pro. I used the previous version, tftp3265.zip, which
is somewhat simpler but has less nag screens. If any ISP is interested
to put it onto his server I'll ftp it over to him/her.
