Well, sure... they are all router-type customers... so if they loose the
connection the boxes should dial-in again automagically...

Well, I don't think we'll be able to power cycle the box since we've been
having problems with our D-channl coming back up upon reboot... <sigh>...
we were wondering if we can "reset all ports" or something that would cause
the box to drop all active connections... similar to our PortMasters....
