On my cisco routers, whenever _anything_ happens on a line I get
some information via syslog. However, my maxes do not even bring
down a lan session if the lease line fails, much less send me any
notification. LQM does not seem to have any effect at all. Is
this going to be addressed in some coming releases? Thanks.
