No, I meant exactly what I typed - "p" patch-release 13, not "i"
incremental-test-release 13 - and yes they are very different.  Anyone
who runs incrementals on a production network is a absolute Beta test
site, and should accept that fact with pleasure.

The Patch releases as Kevin will confirm, are designed to be primarily
high-priority fix-releases, often necessary to normal code operation.
Even the P releases are not without problems, but the coders that work
on P releases have a much tighter no-fault' window to work in.

In Ascends defense (and I'm not always raging on them, I mean they have
a lot of our money and a multi-million dollar commitment from us) "I"
releases are used at your won risk.  Just because Ascend releases a new
incremental every 2 days doesn't mean the world has to immediately load
it.
