Attributes 27, 28 are not used by the MAX. I believe they correlate to
attributes 194 and 244 in the Ascend dictionary (as used by the MAX):
ATTRIBUTE Ascend-Idle-Limit 244 integer

Attribute 125 is also not used by the MAX, in fact I don't see this
defined in any of the dictionaries....??

The dictionary with Ascend's RADIUS describes/defines which attributes that
the MAX uses. 27,28 and 125 are not included in the MAX, though you could
use them in RADIUS for other NAS'.
