(ASCEND) Radiusd Startup

	If I start radiusd as root upon startup a single radiusd process
is started.
	If I start radiusd as root from a login prompt. Two radiusd
process' are started.

	Is there a need for multiple Radiusd's? If so How do I get the
second one to start at bootup.
