There are more 12 mod than 16 mod cards because most upgrades will be from
DM-12 to DM56-12 cards. (That's a lot of modem cards :). Since the MAX400X
can take *upto* 72 modems, then the DM56-12 cards will be the most prolific.
The DM56-16 will be used in the MAX4048, and *can* be used (4 * 16 = 64) in
the MAX400X - more popular in Europe where 2 E1s is 60 channels...

The MAX4048 package *is* 3 16-mod cards.
