We finally got a new Max4060, we configured it as usual, and connected it to E1 trunks with R2/MFC signaling (in Mexico), but it did not work. 

We had problems with a previous demo 56Kflex card that we had tested with another unit, but Ascend support looked into the box and concluded that the card was bad and RMA'd it.

Now on our second try I am beginning to be suspicious, it looks like the software for R2/MFC and 56Kflex is broken. Has anybody out there ( in places like Brazil, Argentina, Korea, etc.) where R2/MFC is also used, successfully connected a box with Kflex modems and R2/MFC.
