I have an Ascend Pipeline 50 running NAT between my linux box and my ISP. I have given my linux box an address of 200.200.200.201/24 and the MyAdd of 200.200.200.200/24 on the Ascend. The ISP's NAS (RemAdd) is 201.199.94.1/24. NAT is on, and activated by the "tw" profile (the only one in the box). Now here's the problem: When I connect, with NATTOGGLE high, I see the connection starting, the receipt of my NAT-able address, then the request from 200.200.200.201/24, and then: DROP src from 200.200.200.201 repeatedly from Diags. After fiddling (I can't recall what I did; it involved resets, reboots of Linux, changing of RemAdd to 0.0.0.0 and back to 201.199.94.1/24, among others) the line comes up, and I can see the outside world. Now Diags say: DROP src from 200.200.200.200 (The Ascend Ethernet Address) Woohoo! Then the line drops, and I have to fiddle with all the params and connections to get things running again. How Can I fix this problem?
