This is not the case with the MAX TNT units. The modem cards do have their serial numbers available and are retrievable via SNMP. However, chassis serial numbers are available via telnet. It appears in the 00-100 Sys Option menu screen on the MAX 40XX units. Not sure where it is on the TNT since I don't have one (yet). ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.shore.net/~dreaming/ascend-faq> or <ftp://ftp.shore.net/members/dreaming/ascend-faq.txt>

References:

RE: (ASCEND) Serial #'s

From: cking@ipa.net (Chris King)

Re: (ASCEND) Serial #'s

From: David Lesher <wb8foz@nrk.com>

Prev by Date: (ASCEND) forgot password for p50

Next by Date: (ASCEND) Radius session time limit

Prev by thread: Re: (ASCEND) Serial #'s

Next by thread: Re: (ASCEND) Serial #'s

Index(es):

Main

Thread
