I'm seeing a very similar problem with my Max-E1 (in all 5.0A p releases) We recently added a DASS 2 line, and according to the Line Status, everything is peachy, but upon calling the line, the MAX replies that no channels are available, although all 30 channels are free. Removing the line [pysically] for a few seconds and replacing it fixed the problem. As does performing a LB Test from the 20-200 Line Diag menu. Unfortunately, I was told Ascend don't support the DPNSS signalling I use, so it ain't never gonna be fixed :-/ Aron -- Aron Bibby ************** Tel : +44 (0)117 922 9604 Computer Network Services **** ***** Hewlett-Packard Laboratories ** /_ __ *** Mobil: +44 (0)370 542 539 Filton Road * / / /_/ ** Fax : +44 (0)117 922 9742 Stoke Gifford ** / *** Bristol BS12 6QZ **** ***** EMail: ab@hplb.hpl.hp.com England ************** aron@bibby.hpl.hp.com ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.shore.net/~dreaming/ascend-faq> or <ftp://ftp.shore.net/members/dreaming/ascend-faq.txt>

References:

Re: (ASCEND) o's in PRI display

From: John Coy <jcoy@arkansas.net>

(ASCEND) o's in PRI display

From: Richard Yoo <ryoo@cymitar.net>

Re: (ASCEND) o's in PRI display

From: Kevin Smith <kevin@ascend.com>

Prev by Date: Re: (ASCEND) ISDN on a user by user basis

Next by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Re: MAX Java Configurator confounder

Prev by thread: Re: (ASCEND) o's in PRI display

Next by thread: Re: (ASCEND) o's in PRI display

Index(es):

Main

Thread
