(ASCEND) P50 in NT environment connecting every 12 minutes
I've got a Ascend P50 in a small NT environment (3 machines), I notice
that it will open the link every 12 minutes, and I can't determine
exactly what opens this link. I guess it's some kind of broadcast
send by one of the NT machines.
When I use the command SHOW TCP CONNECT will show me one
ESTABLISHED connection and one TIME-WAIT, where can I find more
info about these TCP state.
I also have deffined for each NT wks, the default gateway is the
P50, is this a good idea or not and could it be the reason of
the opening of the ISDN link every 12 minutes ?
Now to make sure my calls are not waisted I have to remove the
DIAL number of my ISP and save the profile.
