(ASCEND) Thoughts on Type 2 Disconnects




Hi all, we have been having some problems with our Max 4004, they have been
showing high numbers of disconnects of type 11 and 2. Most of our Max's
have 72 ports installed.

I understand that the reason for error code 2 is unknown, and that 11 is
carrier lost. If anybody has experienced or perhaps resolved problems like
this please email me with suggestions. Here is a typical record from one of
our affected subscribers:
