The D channel is STRICTLY between the max and its CO. [Unless {and
we are not...} talking about D-channel packet..] It's NOT end
to end.

Knock on wood.... I have heard mention of a 2nd non-interoperable
SW56 but lack facts.
Oh! SW56 is more likley to be billed by the minute. Check that;
you might want the MAX to call it. YTMY.
