(ASCEND) MP(P) and dynamic IP, continued

Hi,

I'm still confused with the multilink connections and IP address assignment.

As I explore the different possibilities with RADIUS, I see a problem. Maybe
some of you can comment/explain.

For an MP(P) call, multiple sessions are authenticated, and there is no
indication that it concerns a multilink.

I can use Framed-Address for static IP. Then for each session in the multilink,
that same IP is assigned, and that's okay.

I can use Assign-IP-Pool for dynamic IP assignement from a pools on my MAXen. I
learned a MAX does not assign a second IP to a second session in a multilink, so
that's okay too.

Now, I can use the RADIUS server extension for global IP pool management
(radipa).
->>The SERVER will allocate IP addresses for each session in the multilink, and
that's not okay.

Does this mean I can't use radipa if some of my customers use ISDN? Or am I
missing something, again?
