You can configure RadiusNT (by IEA Software) to install as an
NT service.  This service can be configured to auto start and
does not require anyone logging in.  Check out www.emerald.iea.com
for more information on RadiusNT.

RadiusNT works with and supports all Ascend equipment that
supports the RADIUS protocol.
