(ASCEND) K56flex NOT reporting user's receive speed in RADIUS




	I think from ASCEND's viewpoint it is a FE since they never have 
reported both client side connect speed and server side connect 
speed. But they have decided to ship a product that needs this 
management info. ASCEND should have this ASAP regardless.
