I have a solution; The Xircom pcmcia modem card was "an older rev" per Xircom, and they acknowlegded that failure thru a PBX was a symptom. They are sending a newer rev, and I'll assume this will work fine. I would have prefered to have the Erols person suggest this, and/or work with our office there to fix this rather than just telling him to get a direct line... However, I have to applaude Xircom for the fast reaction, and I at least have the "feeling" that someing is being fixed. ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request@bungi.com To get FAQ'd: <http://www.shore.net/~dreaming/ascend-faq> or <ftp://ftp.shore.net/members/dreaming/ascend-faq.txt>

References:

RE: (ASCEND) Erols PBX issue ?

From: Dave Van Allen <dave@fast.net>

Prev by Date: Re: (ASCEND) Dialing into Max200 with ARA/OT on PowerBooks

Next by Date: (ASCEND) Re: Ascend dial-up networking trouble

Prev by thread: RE: (ASCEND) Erols PBX issue ?

Next by thread: (ASCEND) slots and ports in the syslog reports.

Index(es):

Main

Thread
