Although we do have *numerous* people monitoring this list, the appropriate
avenue for following up on tech support issues is through the Customer
Support group. They are available 7x24 at 800-272-3634, and via email at
"support@ascend.com".
Since I do not instantly recognize the problem you refer to, do you have
a TR number that was associated with this ? Which software version are
you still seeing this in ?
