we are now going to switch our customer from a netgw system to a ascend
max4000. If there is no possibility to do an callback, we must charge
the other side. For that purpose, our telco offers to transmit the units
spend within a connection in the d-channel at the end of a connection
or within a connection.
On the Release notes i saw, that ascend now supports this feature,
but how do i get the used units for a connection ? Does anyone still
using this feature (especially in germany) ? Any scripts available ?
Winfried Haug
PS: those who dont pay for local-calls: be lucky, but dont ask us why
we need this feature. We dont have a telco which doesnt charge for
local calls..:-(((
