An update:

When Pacbell first set up CLID for two of our 5ESS
lines, we did not get time and date. After I had Pacbell check the CLID
lines, I now get time and date in the setup message. This would imply that
the telco must enable time and date when enabling CLID. If we do not get
the time and date, we will send out zero's in those fields.
Also, there is one more limitation on the current implentation of the CLID:
CLID is not supported when EKTS=Yes.

Also, we need to get a bridisplay of the setup message to determine if we
are getting time and date.
