(ASCEND) HDLC Problem

One of my 4048's has a single PRI and is used mostly for dedicated ISDN
cutomers with additional spill over ISDN/Analog from my other Maxes during
peak times. I've never seen this Max have more than 8 active ISDN
channels, usually from 4-5 individual callers (ie some, but not all are
MPP sessions).

Two weeks ago (while running ap23) I noticed that all incomming ISDN calls
were bouncing. I didn't have time for a detailed investigation, so I soon
ended up rebooting. Two days later the same thing happened. At that time
I thought, if this happens again, I'm calling Ascend. It hasn't happened
again (so far), but now I'm a little concerned.

Is this the HDLC problem that everyone else is talking about? If so, then
I would say that more than six cutomers are affected by it.
